These Terms and Conditions of use for the online store www.constanta-chisinau.md apply to orders for the purchase of products/services offered by the company Doga-VitalTrans SRL through the website.
(Provision of passenger transportation services on regular international routes)

For the proper use of the website, we recommend carefully reviewing the presented Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to these provisions without prior notice.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This website is owned by Doga-VitalTrans SRL. By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions for the sale of goods/products and/or the provision of services, which are based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) as presented below.

The use of the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by Doga-VitalTrans SRL, in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the client and the seller is established based on Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Rights Protection and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.

The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is required to monitor any changes.

2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

By using the website www.constanta-chisinau.md, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for the processing, confirmation, and fulfillment of orders.

Personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes, such as providing the products you order, promotions, Google Analytics, cookies, and notifications/newsletters.

All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions established by Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.

We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the proper use of information on the site. However, the transmission of data over the internet or via wireless networks cannot be fully protected. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information provided to the Buyer, and as such, the Buyer will do so at their own risk.

3. ORDER REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Order payment is possible by payment card – upon receiving the order, you will receive a receipt confirming the payment.

Online payment is made under maximum security conditions using a payment card, which allows for online transactions. After making the payment, you will receive a payment confirmation at your email address.

The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which means a new global approach to authenticating buyers in secure online transactions. This security measure involves redirecting the user during the payment process to a maib secure page where the authentication of each cardholder is done by assigning a one-time use code for each online transaction.

Refunds are made only to the payment card that was used for the purchase.

To make a payment, you will need to enter your bank card details. The transfer of this information is done in accordance with all necessary security measures. The information is transmitted in an encrypted form and is stored only on a specialized server of the payment system.

The following details will be required to make the payment:

  • Card number (16 digits)
  • Data expirării (luna și anul)
  • CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
  • The first and last name on the payment card

If the currency of the card differs from the currency of the transaction (MDL), the conditions of the issuing bank will apply when converting the amount withdrawn from the card account.

4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS / GOODS / SERVICES 

After payment, the client/passenger will receive the electronic ticket at the provided email address.

5. DREPTUL LA RETUR 

According to the definition in Law No. 105-XV of March 13, 2013, regarding consumer protection, the Buyer has the right to return the product/goods purchased for certain reasons within 14 days from the day of payment. The funds will be refunded to the card used for the purchase.

Items such as examples cannot be exchanged or returned, in accordance with Annex No. 2 of Government Decision No. 1465 of 08.12.2003 (MO248-253/19.12.2003), as amended by Government Decision No. 1188 of 02.11.2007 (MO175/09.11.2007).

2) 24 hours before departure: 20% retained
3) 48 hours before departure: 10% retained  
4) More than 48 hours before departure: 0% retained

6. PRIVACY POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data, the service provider processes personal data. Personal data is processed in good faith and in accordance with legal provisions. The processing of personal data is carried out through mixed means (automated and manual), while respecting legal requirements and ensuring security, confidentiality, and the protection of the rights of the individuals concerned.

The provider collects and processes only the personal data provided by consumers when placing an order: first name, last name, phone number, address, and postal address.

Personal data is used exclusively for the administration of the website, to allow access to special information, to deliver orders, or to contact the consumer for the purpose of executing the delivery. By this notice, users and consumers are informed that their personal data (first name, last name, phone number, address, postal address) will be processed and used. The service provider processes the personal data of users and consumers provided through browsing, using, and registering on the website www.constanta-chisinau.md.

Any information provided by the users and consumers of the website www.constanta-chisinau.md will be considered as explicit consent for the personal data to be used by the Provider.

The provider does not collect transaction-related information, such as card number, expiration date, or country of origin.
